What Tender Supply Means

Volume contracts and
multi-year frameworks.

Government tender supply covers high-volume, multi-year procurement of pharmaceutical products by health ministries, public hospital networks and centralised buying agencies. These contracts are awarded competitively against detailed technical and commercial criteria.

Tender bids need a verifiable product source. Euro Biom can be that source for importers and distributors fronting bids into NUPCO, HMC, Kuwait MoH, NHS Supply Chain and African ministry programmes. We can supply UK-licensed product and the UK-side documentation available for it.

Our role is upstream of the local importer. We do not displace the licensed bidder in-country, we supply UK-licensed product with the UK-side documentation available for it.

WHO-format CPP where the tender body recognises it. Confirms registration status, manufacturer details and free-sale status in the country of origin.

Batch Traceability Documentation

Batch number and expiry for each batch supplied, confirmed at quotation stage where available.

Stability Information

Manufacturer stability information for the specified pack and presentation, where the manufacturer makes it available.

MHRA WDA(H) 59239 Verification

Public MHRA register reference, authorisation copy and site number. Procurement officers can verify our licence independently before award.

GDP Transport Records

Temperature logger data from the carrier and GDP chain-of-custody records for the shipment.

How fast can you respond to a tender deadline?

We respond to tender enquiries the same working day. Full quote packs (pricing, lead times and the GMP and CPP documents available for each line) follow as quickly as supplier confirmations allow. Tell us the closing date at first contact and we will work backwards from it.

Can you commit to multi-year supply for a tender award?

Multi-year supply depends on availability from UK-licensed sources. Terms can be discussed once the tender is awarded.

Which procurement bodies can you support bids for?

NUPCO Saudi Arabia, HMC Qatar, Kuwait MoH, UAE federal framework, NHS Supply Chain, and African ministry programmes via Crown Agents, IDA Foundation and UNICEF Supply Division.

What documentation comes with every tender quote?
