Cardiovascular Medicine Supply for Hospitals & International Buyers
Euro Biom can supply UK-licensed cardiovascular medicines to hospital procurement teams, specialist distributors and NGO supply programmes in both regions.
Our antihypertensive portfolio spans the main pharmacological classes. ACE inhibitors available include lisinopril, enalapril and perindopril in multiple strengths. Ramipril has been on the DHSC export-restricted list since 8 August 2026 and is not supplied for export. Angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs) in our range include losartan, valsartan, olmesartan, candesartan and irbesartan. Calcium channel blockers such as amlodipine, diltiazem and nifedipine modified-release are available to source, alongside beta-blockers including bisoprolol, atenolol, carvedilol and nebivolol. Where combination fixed-dose products are required, we can source these through the UK licensed supply chain.
Euro Biom can quote statins including atorvastatin, rosuvastatin, simvastatin and pravastatin, and the lipid-lowering agent ezetimibe (alone and in combination), subject to availability.
Loop diuretics (furosemide, bumetanide), thiazides and thiazide-like diuretics (bendroflumethiazide, indapamide, chlorthalidone), the aldosterone antagonist spironolactone and the potassium-sparing diuretic amiloride can be quoted, subject to availability.
Anticoagulant, Antiarrhythmic and Related Cardiovascular Supply
Sacubitril/valsartan (Entresto), ivabradine and the SGLT2 inhibitors dapagliflozin and empagliflozin can be quoted for hospital formularies and for the buyer's named-patient import route, subject to availability and where a specific brand is requested.
Our anticoagulant range includes warfarin (in multiple strengths) and the four licensed direct oral anticoagulants (apixaban, rivaroxaban, dabigatran and edoxaban). Buyers can specify the branded product they need. These medicines are supplied with batch documentation, with GDP-compliant cold-chain handling arranged through the contract storage site and logistics partners where required.
Euro Biom can quote antiarrhythmics including amiodarone in tablet and intravenous formulations, flecainide, sotalol, propafenone and digoxin, subject to UK availability. Euro Biom sources these products exclusively through MHRA-licensed UK supply chains, supporting product authenticity checks and batch traceability through the UK licensed supply chain.
For GCC, African and other international buyers, cardiovascular medicines present specific procurement challenges. Some products are subject to UK medicine shortages, and buyers may ask for a particular manufacturer's product. Euro Biom's team can confirm UK-licensed supply options, including named-patient import supply and sourcing through the UK licensed supply chain.
