3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to enquiries, processing and responding to pharmaceutical supply enquiries submitted via our contact form
  • To fulfil orders, managing supply agreements and logistics communications
  • To improve our website, using analytics data to understand how visitors use our site if you accept analytics cookies, and cookie-free page statistics from Cloudflare
  • Legal compliance, maintaining records as required by pharmaceutical regulatory authorities (MHRA) and applicable law

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data under the following lawful bases:

  • Legal obligation, retaining records required by pharmaceutical regulations

5. Cookie Policy

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity do not run unless you select Accept on the cookie banner. Clarity records how visitors move through pages, including clicks and scrolling. Below is a summary of the cookies used on this site:

Managing Cookies

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page. If you decline or withdraw consent, analytics stop and we remove the Google Analytics and Clarity cookies that this site can reach. Third-party cookies set by Microsoft can be removed in your browser settings. Declining does not affect how the website works. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a strictly necessary security cookie on the enquiry form. The map on our contact page comes from Google. It loads only if you select Show Map, and Google may then receive your IP address and set its own cookies. See Microsoft's list of Clarity cookies.

For more information on managing cookies, visit aboutcookies.org.

Page Statistics Without Cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits and measure how quickly pages load, so that we can improve this website. It runs for every visitor, whatever you choose on the cookie banner, because it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Cloudflare says it does not fingerprint individual visitors. We see totals only, such as visits per page and per country, and page speed. We do not use this data for advertising.

You can object at any time, free of charge. This button sets one small cookie, eb_stats, so that we remember your choice.

6. How We Share Your Data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Service providers, Cloudflare (hosting of this website, cookie-free page statistics, and Turnstile bot and spam protection on our enquiry forms); Zoho Corporation (ZeptoMail delivery of enquiry submissions to our team, and our business email and customer records systems); Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (website usage analytics, only if you accept cookies); Google (the contact page map, only if you choose to show it).
  • Regulatory authorities, MHRA or other bodies where legally required
  • Professional advisers, legal, accounting or compliance advisers where necessary

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Enquiry data: up to 3 years from the date of last contact
  • Customer/supply records: 7 years (legal and regulatory requirement)
  • Analytics data: held by Google and Microsoft under their retention settings, only if you accepted analytics cookies
  • Cloudflare page statistics: totals available to us for six months

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
